Your satisfaction is important to me and if you are unhappy with your purchase with your purchase you need to notify me within 30 days of your having received the item and it needs to be returned to me within 14 days of notification. A full refund minus shipping costs will be given after I have received the item back in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. A tracking number and insurance need to accompany the item back at the buyers expense. I will not refund any item that is "lost" on its way back to me if there is no tracking number or insurance. Buyer is responsible for filing insurance claims if something arrives damaged. Please save all packing materials and the label as the postal service may ask to see it.
