It is super clean and looks in unused or very little used condition with the original advertisement paper but I don’t think it is in the original plastic packaging.

Per the paper:

Made of luxurious soft nylon tricot with nylon neck band.
o
Slips on and off in a jiffy.
o
Comes with clip for snug fit (can be removed).
o
No string to tie
o
Wash in lukewarm water – drip dry.

It doesn’t have a tie or any kind of attachment at the back so I don’t know how you make the neck band attach unless you use a separate clip.
·
There is a plastic neck band that you can thread through the neck band and that would hold it in place but that piece is not in and I don’t know if it has ever been in.
·
It is approx. 19” long and the neck band is approx. 16”.
·
It’s a pretty cape though.
