Product Condition
These earbuds + case have been previously owned. To prepare them for re-sale, we take the following actions:
1. A thorough cleaning process that disinfects and sanitizes this product completely.
2. A thorough testing process - we ensure the earbuds and case take a charge and connects appropriately to devices and the Samsung Gear app via bluetooth.
The cosmetic condition of this set may show some signs of previous use such as light scuffing or scratching
Once theset goes through our cleaning and testing processes, it is packaged individually to ensure no damage or scuffing will occur from that point forward.
What to expect
Once you receive your pre-owned set, please use Samsung's Gear Wearable app to connect and configure the case along with your existing earbuds. If you do not do this, and apply the proper settings, your earbuds and case may not work as you expect
We include a USB-C charging cable with this product. No additional accessories will be inlcuded

This device looks like new at first glance. No Dents, No Visible Screen scratches. Battery life will be a minimum of 85%. There are no OEM or Carrier locks on the device. All parts are original. The screen will have no visible scratches, there are no dead or stuck pixels and there is no screen burn or shadow. These devices come with a new, generic MFI & UL approved charger
Very Good Condition
This device will have some signs of wear, light body scratches, 1-3 hairline scratches that you can't feel with your fingernail. Battery life will be a minimum of 80%. There are no OEM or Carrier locks on the device. The display lens has a light-to-mild amount of shallow depth scratches. There are no dead or stuck pixels and there is no screen burn or shadow. These devices come with a new, generic MFI & UL approved charger

This device can have moderate scratches, faint discoloration, No more than 10 visible scuffs, (less than 3 scratches that are less than 1/2" long on screen, dings less than 1/8" wide). New / Open Box:
This device is never used, however the packaging has been opened. Is delivered in original packaging and has all original accessories included.
Grade A+:
This device has very little to no signs of previous usage. The screen has negligible scratching and is nearly flawless. The casing will not have any dents and insignificant scuffing.
Grade A:
This device shows minimal signs of previous usage. The screen may have very light scuffs and the casing may have two or three blemishes.
Grade B+:
This device will show signs of previous usage. Minor scratches and dents are visible but the device is still 100% fully functional. This is our best value device.
Grade B-:
This device shows significant signs of previous usage. There will be noticeable scratches, dings and scuffs. However, there are no cracks on the screen and there is no casing separation or bending.
Screen Shadow:
The screen shows a faint to moderate shadow. The image does not affect functionality of the device. You will see the shadow image on a white background, but not on colored backgrounds.
Slight Separation:
There is a very slight separation along the housing seam. This separation is less than 1 millimeter and has no affect on functionality. In most cases you won't even notice the separation. This is a great value for a fully functional device!
Pixel Spots:
There are missing pixels that do not display colors on the screen. Minor spots are tiny (less than 1/8 of an inch) and typically occur in the extreme corners of the screen. There will be no more than 2 of these "minor" spots on a device and 99% of the screen is perfect. Moderate spots are a bit larger (between 1/8 and 3/8 inches). These spots are more noticeable during operation. However, they cover no more than 3% of the screen and the phone functions perfectly.
Impaired:
This device did not pass all of our 41 function checks. Details on which tests failed are listed above in the Description section.

Our standard shipping service will typically reach all U.S. destinations within 3 days of the day we shipped. In many cases you will receive it even sooner. You have the option to choose expedited shipping if you would like your product sooner.
If you order a pre-owned product, along with your purchase you will receive a non-OEM charging cable. We do not include a charging block with our shipments.
Your package will be shipped in a non-descript, plain white or brown box. Inside of the box, we will package the product in protective materials to avoid any damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately and we will remedy the issue immediately
Our cellular products do not come with a SIM card or a SD card
Returns
We guarantee functionality of our electronics devices for 6 months from date of purchase. Returns are free, as long as the defect was not created due to improper care (water damage, impact damage, etc). Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned device. Please note: you must remove any locks or passcodes applied to the device. This includes iCloud locks, Google Locks, PIN Locks, Biometric (fingerprint or eye scan) locks, etc.
If you do not remove these locks, it will delay the refund.
Once you request a return, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label for the U.S. Post office. Simply affix the label to your return package and drop it in the mail. Your tracking number will also be provided so that you can monitor the progress of the return.
