The RadioShack Universal Belt Clip easily attaches to cellular and cordless phones, garage door openers, portable stereos, pagers, and more. Once bonded, its "peel and stick" acrylic bonding adhesive holds more weight than you would ever want on your belt - up to 15 pounds!
Installation Instructions:
1. Use rubbing alcohol to clean the clip's surfaces and the surface where you plan to mount the clip, and let them dry.
Note:
For proper bonding, the surface temperature of both items must be above 60°F (15°C).
2. Remove the backing from one side of the supplied adhesive strip. Place the strip, adhesive side down, on the short side of the clip and firmly press it into place with your thumb.
3. Remove the backing from the other side of the strip, then place the clip where you want it mounted and firmly press it into place with your thumb.
Note:
You can use the clip immediately, but the adhesive takes about 72 hours to bond completely. During this period, keep the clip away from freezing temperatures. Temperatures from 70°F to 120°F (21°C to 48°C) are best for bonding.
To remove the clip, grasp its sides firmly with a pair of pliers and pull it away from the mounting surface. It will come away cleanly.
