SHIPPING
Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped out the same day. After that time, items will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after 10 a.m. CST Friday will ship the following Monday.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Although we ship to most areas served by UPS they are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, FPO and APO addresses.
We ship to certain international locations (unless special arrangements are made using your company FedEx or UPS number.)
PAYMENT
We only accept PayPal payments from Verified Buyers with Confirmed Addresses (don’t have an account?  Pay with a debit or credit card over Paypal.)
Credit Cards used for payment through PayPal must be issued by a US Bank with a US billing address
Sales Tax:
applicable sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to the states of California, Illinois and Minnesota.
RETURNS
Items sold "As-Is" are not covered under this return policy.
Returns are accepted if the item is not as described or defective and only if you contact us about the issue within 14 days of receiving the item.
Items returned for any other reason will incur a 20% fee.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and a Return Authorization number.
Return Authorization numbers are valid for 20 days and we must receive the returned products within the time frame.
Return Authorization numbers will not be extended or reissued.
No returns on wrong items purchased such as incompatibility. We expect you to do your own research before buying the item. In some cases we might be willing to take a return but a 20% restocking will be assessed
We cannot take items purchased new back if the seal has been broken or open boxes unless they are DOA.
DOA can be returned within 20 days if you contact us within 14 days upon product arrival. After the 20 day Period you will need to process your warranty directly with the manufacturer,  We will provide all the necessary paper work to get your defective item taken care of by the manufacturer.
