1/24th  scale.
New Old Stock--made in the 1960's.
Assures ultimate wheel-axle alignment. Perfectly matched wheel to axle preventing wheel wobble with
Accurately reamed through to give smoothest bearing surface for COX 1/8" Free Wheeling front axles.  Permits independent front wheel rotation for smoothest cornering for all smooth 1/8" axles.
Measurement 17/32" O.D. x 3/16" Wide x 1/4"  Long.
Manufactured in the 1960's by COX Slot Car Parts and Accessories Racing Products
