Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed significant scuffs and scratches on the body of the device.
The body of the device shows significant signs of rust.
All ports and connectors are in fair cosmetic condition.
I was able to power on the device using an in-house power supply (11.5-48VDC connected to the power terminal).
The display works as it should.
I was able to test the -, + and E buttons on the display and on top of the device to be working.
I was able to open and close the front and back covers.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts or as a non-working item.
