Used but I think in my opinion still in very good condition it’s never been outside the handles are in great shape as far as the farm nothings peeling there is a tiny bit of rust on some of the screws but it’s not from being outside it’s just it’s been inside a storage unit for the last couple of years but everything works great as far as functionally you can barely even tell the rust because it’s on the bottom of the bolts.
