Clear Sounds CL1 Telephone Signaler/Alert Device

Mom was 95% deaf, though she wouldn't admit it.
I installed this so she would know when her phone was ringing.
It can hang on a wall or sit on a table.
When it is turned on, an incoming call triggers:
-  a flashing strobe light (3" diameter) and
-  a 95 decibel alarm
It can also trigger an optional vibrating disk/bed shaker, (Clear Sounds model SHK1) but I can't find ours.
In the box is:
-  the signal device
-  user manual in English, French, & Spanish
-  AC power cube and cord
-  phone cord with appropriate plugs
