For this listing we offer one (1) vintage 1960's original Special Long Armature with No Tooth Pinion and No Wires, Can Driven Chrome, 36D Mabuchi Motor.

y L.M. COX Manufacturing Co., Inc. made in Japan for Cox.
Special made under the part number #16250.
New Old Stock.  For 1/32  1/24  1/25 scales.
These motors feature a Special 3/8" long armature shaft out the can end of the motor.

I wanted you to see how much longer the Special motor armature is VS Very Scarce Custom made Motor by Ken Mabuchi in Japan for Cox.
The Regular length armature for the COX Motor was just a bit longer than 3/16", These Special Motors are 3/8" long. See pics that compare to a standard (regular COX 36D Motor).  The Regular COX Motor is for "Viewing Only' and is not for sale in this offering.  (I have them in my Store in another offering.  Look them up if you need a regular COX motor).
