The bear is 15" Tall And in fantastic condition.
There what looks like a scratch on the plastic eye.
The dress is also in fantastic condition. There is some discoloration or stain on the thread on her bow on her head.
Now I do not claim to know anything about making homemade clothing but it appears to me that whoever made this dress did a very good job.
