Motor
Pittman with Box and of the Instructions.
INFO:
16,500 RPM with
Front bearing is a spherical self-aligning type,
Rear bearing is a flanged sleeve, both are oil impregnated bronze.
Felt Oil wicks provide adequate lubrication.
Brush tips are copper graphite.
5 pole armature with Silicon Steel Ground to 5/8" Diameter.
Commutator nylon insulated and Ground True,
Windings are Heavy Formex Insulated Magnet Wire.

DC70 Motor.   New Old Stock.
Manufactured in the 1960's by Pittman; Sellersville, PA.
Original 1960's NOS will work on all Big Dragsters and Cars, G T Cars and 1/24th scale and 1/25th scale G P cars.
My Dad owned a Hobby Shop that closed in the early 1970's, and he kept some of the more interesting slot cars and accessories from that era.  The items I am listing are in most cases, near new or gently used.  I have taken many pictures to show every angle and have tried to describe all features and/or flaws to the best of my ability.  Please email with any questions specific to something I may have missed.
